Solitude & ADHD: The Dynamic Duo That Kills Boredom Like a Pro

Sometimes, I wonder if people think I’m lonely because I enjoy solitude. But I don’t see it that way. There’s a difference between being alone and feeling alone. 

My friend, the art of being alone isn't the absence of others—it's realizing your own company is so elite that you don’t need a crowd just to feel cool.

Some see solitude as lonely—I see it as not having to share my fries.
